Our Return Policy      

Returns and Exchanges accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery within the continental US, after which we will still try to authorize a return but cannot guarantee it. If there is a problem with a product you ordered please contact customer service and request an RMA number and instructions to return the product and we will exchange the product with a working product..

The RMA number is necessary to coordinate returns with our warehouse and accounting departments. All returned products must be in 100% complete, resalable condition. Products must be returned with original packaging that has not been written on or defaced, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Incomplete returns will not be accepted. We ask that you put any product boxes in an outer box to protect the goods on the return to us.

Free freight on orders is included on the condition orders will be accepted and not returned. For orders to be returned (if it is a customer error), original shipping may be included in the restocking fee of usually 20%.or $15 whichever is larger. offers two replacement and/or return options
1. Replace defective product (cross ship) where will ship a replacement, places a hold on your credit card, and credits upon receipt of the defective product.

2. Return product for credit. Product box must be returned in "as shipped" condition.

Credits remain good for up to one year from the date they are issued..

Please Use Packing Boxes
Items must be received in undamaged condition, individual items should be packed in "shipping boxes" which protect the goods so that our suppliers and vendors get them back in good condition. Individual items damaged in transit will void any returns. All Returns are best when sent back in packing boxes.

Freight must be prepaid and insured to our returns warehouse
The customer is responsible for shipping returns to our warehouse, and will pay to ship the replacement back to the customer. We ask that shipments to our warehouses be done using UPS or FedEx so you can get a tracking number and be sure that the shipment does arrive.

How do I cancel an order that was just placed
Some orders are released from our warehouse within minutes but not always. The best way to cancel an order is to call our customer service line at 1 800 365-5566, you can also send an e-mail to  We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order, but in many cases it is not a problem to do so. You will receive a confirmation if your order was cancelled. We will do our best to cancel your order.

If the order has already shipped, we will instruct you as to how to handle the shipment. We may ask that you refuse the shipment, or we may have to supply you with an address to send it back to.

All returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be completed within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days the manufacturer warranty applies and claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer. We may take back goods more than 30 days old, but restock fees will have to be applied depending on how long ago the sale was.

Any items that are damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped should be factory sealed in new condition and include original packaging with all unmarked manuals, accessories, and warranty cards.

Certain opened items carry restrictions regarding returns: All products that have been opened may only be returned if there is a manufacturer defect. Most manufacturers simply do not allow opened non-defective items to be opened for credit or exchange.
